# HOW TO EDIT THIS FILE:
# The "handy ruler" below makes it easier to edit a package description.
# Line up the first '|' above the ':' following the base package name, and
# the '|' on the right side marks the last column you can put a character in.
# You must make exactly 11 lines for the formatting to be correct.
# It's also customary to leave one space after the ':'.

dnsmasq: Dnsmasq (DNS + DHCP server for small network)
dnsmasq:
dnsmasq: Dnsmasq is a lightweight, easy to configure DNS forwarder and DHCP
dnsmasq: server. It is designed to provide DNS and, optionally, DHCP, to a
dnsmasq: small network. It can serve the names of local machines which are
dnsmasq: not in the global DNS. The DHCP server integrates with the DNS
dnsmasq: server and allows machines with DHCP-allocated addresses
dnsmasq: to appear in the DNS with names configured either in each host or
dnsmasq: in a central configuration file. Dnsmasq supports static and dynamic
dnsmasq: DHCP leases and BOOTP for network booting of diskless machines.
