Here is the current diff for GLib for Windows.

Compared to my earlier tries, I have now removed the GLIBAPI stuff
from glib.h, and instead use a .def file.

The GIOChannel struct is used by GDK (gdk_input_add etc) and the GIMP
(plug-in communication).
