This patch is an update to the GTK v1.2 Tutorial in English, from the original
in the GTK 1.2.0 distribution.

The changes are for the most part small corrections of spelling, punctuation,
and English usage.  Some names were changed for consistency (e.g., GTK uniformly
instead of Gtk or gtk, widget names use CList instead of GtkCList).

A few sections had some sentences reworded or new material added to make the
logic flow better, and to answer questions which I had in my initial reading of
the tutorial (e.g., giving the proper sections where material will be explained
later, pointing out cases where pointers are returned to strings that are not to
be freed).
