fsleyes.actions.frameactions

This module contains various top-level FSLeyes actions which are monkey-patched into the FSLeyesFrame class.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addViewPanel(self, vpType, **kwargs)

Function shared by the add*Panel functions below.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addOrthoPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new OrthoPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addLightBoxPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new LightBoxPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addScene3DPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new Scene3DPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addTimeSeriesPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new TimeSeriesPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addHistogramPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new HistogramPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addPowerSpectrumPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new PowerSpectrumPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.addShellPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Adds a new ShellPanel.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.removeFocusedViewPanel(self, *args, **kwargs)

Removes the ViewPanel which currently has focus.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions._changeOverlay(self, offset)

Used by selectNextOverlay() and selectPreviousOverlay(). Changes the currently selected overlay by the given offset.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.selectNextOverlay(self, *args, **kwargs)

Increments the DisplayContext.selectedOverlay.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.selectPreviousOverlay(self, *args, **kwargs)

Decrements the DisplayContext.selectedOverlay.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.toggleOverlayVisibility(self, *args, **kwargs)

Shows/hides the currently selected overlay.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.openHelp(self, *args, **kwargs)

Opens FSLeyes help in a web browser.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.setFSLDIR(self, *args, **kwargs)

Opens a directory dialog allowing the user to select a value for $FSLDIR.

fsleyes.actions.frameactions.closeFSLeyes(self, *args, **kwargs)

Closes FSLeyes.
