- The data were collected in two cryo-EM sessions. The movies are in separate folders according to the microscope session: 20181213_PS2.3.3 and PS.TT.3 - The run_data.star file contains particle information from the final 3D refinement in Relion. Details for the 20181213_PS2.3.3 session: - Approximately two-thirds of the data were collected with the Volta phase plate (VPP). "VPP" in the filename indicates that the movie was collected with the phase plate. - Most movies were collected with a 9-hole beam-image shift acquisition pattern. The filename of such movies contains a four digit number in the range 0000 to 0008 corresponding to the image-shift acquisition position. - The image-shift induced beam-tilt was not compensated optically during acquisition.
