Don't use gtk-hamann_jeske-971217-0.patch.gz, because it's not a patch
against a clean gtk+-0.99.0

This patch fixes the redraw problems of notebook tabs,
without using gdk_gc_set_clip_rectangle. 

The patch is against gtk+-0.99.0.
